Futamatao, 23 April

Went to futamatao on the train on a beautiful day . Walked mostly by the river, saw 1 temple, and a few small shrines. After a few not so happy weeks at school and in Tokyo, I remembered why I love Japan.

I rang the bell loudly. I love doing that. Most temples in Tokyo have disabled the bells, for covid.

Hinatawada 2, 22 March 2021

I went to Hinatawada again, to really walk the forest and the other temples. It is a pretty place. Very peaceful too.

Kamakura

Kamakura has more than 170 temples and 40 shinto shrines. I only visited Hasedera and the Great Buddha. I need to go back and visit more.
